Arsenal are ruining football

Frank and Eddie's pickleball and padel journeys continue, but Eddie has been on the receiving end of some road rage. Tez Johnson's ex-fiancée revealed why their relationship came to an end, but college football players in Mississippi will be delighted to hear that NIL money will no longer be taxed. Eddie is suspicious that some other media networks are stealing ideas from the Big Chill Podcast after Fox Sports revealed an AI version of Colin Cowherd. 
Manchester City's latest slip-up has handed advantage back to Arsenal, and Eddie isn't happy with how the potential Premier League Champions are playing, especially after they were handed an easy Champions League draw. 

Cold War Controversy

The USA completed the men's and women's Winter Olympic ice hockey gold medal double, but Eddie isn't certain that the 'miracle on ice' is all that it is cracked up to be. Bodo Glimt's remarkable Champions League run continues, but is the new format finally delivering some excitement? 
And 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' wrapped up, but will a good first season be undone by the wait between seasons 1 and 2? And did Eddie deserve a bigger reward for giving someone back their credit card?

Can Arsenal hold on?

Arsenal slipped up again in the Champions League, but has their 2-2 draw with Wolves completely opened the door for Manchester City? The Champions League is back, and Bodo Glimt continued their improbable run of form, but the play on the pitch was overshadowed by accusations of racist abuse from Vinicius Junior in Real Madrid's match against Benfica. 
Plus some more Winter Olympics updates, 'The Pitt', and things that used to be flashy, but are now obsolete. 

Winter Olympics Drama

The 2026 Winter Olympics are in full swing, but some of the sporting displays are being overshadowed by controversies and drama. After his brief update in the last episode, Frank takes a deeper look at Penisgate and the curling video review system. Eddie is watching more of the Olympics than he thought he would, but has the controversial opinion that they shouldn't be called 'Olympics'. 
Plus, ESPN ranks the 60 most difficult sports, Trent Williams' wife is ok with him dating his girlfriend, and Eddie is a tiny bit disappointed with 'The Pitt' not focusing on the boring stuff. 

A Super Bowl Sleeper

The Seattle Seahawks won Super Bowl XV in a snoozefest, but which teams from the AFC and NFC will feel like they missed their chance to lift the Lombardi Trophy? Frank thinks it will be a long time until the New England Patriots make it back to the AFC Championship game, and Eddie isn't sure that Kenneth Walker III was the right choice for Super Bowl MVP.
Plus, Eddie is enjoying the Winter Olympics more than he thought he would, Manchester City sneak past Liverpool after a thrilling final 15 minutes, and 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' might be the best Game of Thrones TV depiction yet. 

Super Bowl LX Preview

Our preview and predictions for Super Bowl LX as the New England Patriots take on the Seattle Seahawks in Santa Clara. Including a full breakdown of the keys to the game, where the Super Bowl is likely to be won and lost, and some of the best player props. Both Frank and Eddie believe that the Seahawks will dominate, but can Sam Darnold handle the pressure, or will Drake Maye and the Patriots manage to find a way to win?

Whoop'd Out

Frank convinced Eddie to start using a Whoop, but he's already planning to switch to an Apple Watch and find a new padel partner. Tom Brady has started posting on Instagram like a teenage girl, and Eddie finds it eerily reminiscent of some old pictures of Frank.
And Eddie is frustrated by the college football transfer portal, senior leadership at Blackburn Rovers, the Epstein List, and the lack of concern over ties between the Memphis Grizzlies' owner and Russia. 

Padel and Popes

Eddie has started playing padel, and Frank is settling in nicely to the Minnesota hockey lifestyle. Novak Djokovic is reminding the tennis world that he's still a force to be reckoned with, but has he always been chasing a big two? And Bill Belichick didn't make it into the Pro Football Hall of Fame at the first time of asking, but were his controversies with the New England Patriots enough to deny him being a first ballot HOFer? 
And has the Champions League become too convoluted for its own good? Eddie thinks not and believes that the new format may be optimized for gambling, but not for actual football fans. 

Bad Weather, Worse Play-calling, and Terrible Officiating

It's the Seattle Seahawks against the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl, but both Frank and Eddie think that the LA Rams might have been the best team in the NFL this season. The Patriots and Broncos finished their game in a blizzard, but did Denver make a mistake by leaving points on the board?

Rentals and Records

Frank isn't happy with the gas policy of car rental agencies, but Eddie has a life hack that he might want to try. The NFL regular season wrapped up with most things decided before Week 18, but a statement win for the Seattle Seahawks secured them the 1 seed in the NFC, and the Carolina Panthers snuck into the playoffs despite losing to Tampa Bay.
Myles Garrett broke the regular-season sack record, but Eddie isn't sure that the Browns should have been allowed to celebrate on the field, and he's even more upset by the Bills helping Josh Allen to maintain his starting streak.
